What you will be doing 

You will be on a development pathway to guide your growth into the role of Aircraft Data and Connectivity System Designer and can expect to be involved in the following:  

· 
Definition of connectivity system of the future

· 
Verification and validation of connectivity systems

· 
Preparation and in-service support of connected aircraft.

· 
Usage of modeling tool to improve specification of our system

· 
Data Analysis and usage of specific data analysis tools and Airbus Skywise

· 
Support introduction of new type of connecrivity system in Airbus Final Assembly line

· 
Learning communication to airline and answer airline questions.

· 
Set up of Verification and Validation tools to test connectivity at systems and End To End level

· 
Activities in System Engineering, but also involvement in Lab, Flight Test, Operational test cases, and in-service support.

Your development pathway will include a minimum of one rotational placement to support your growth into position.

Throughout the two year development programme you will have developed into the position of Aircraft Data and Connectivity System Designer!

What we are looking for

To be a successful applicant to the Airbus Global Graduate Programme, you will need to demonstrate you have:

- A degree level or equivalent within a relevant field of study (Master degree in Engineering, Information Technology or Communication Systems)

- Recently graduated or first professional experience in the field of Information Technologies, Network and Telecom, Embedded Systems and/ or Computer Science

- Knowledge in Embedded Systems and/ or an aeronautical background is a plus

- Strong verbal and written communication in our business language (English); French and/ or German is a plus

- Decisive; be able to evaluate risks and make informed decisions

- A desire to work in a collaborative team environment, focused on driving future innovation

- The ability to be self-aware and a wish to be in the driving seat of your development

- Willing to travel and to work in a cross-country organisation.
