Email Management
·
Managing KUL ROO Inbox by analyzing the request and ensure on-time response to all enquiries
·
Segregate task between Good receipt Blockages (GRB), Repair Order Blockages (ROB) and Loan Order (LO) activity and highlight for urgent request
·
Revise repair Order based on customer needs such as amend Part Number, Serial Number, reason of removal, Ageing data for Time Controlled Item
·
Send daily reminder to Warehouse on open task under KULROO responsibility:
·
GRB Unit Pending WHS to RF
·
SUS unit Pending RO creation
·
SUS unit pending RF Serviceable
·
To implement an Automation solution to streamline email management that will increase on-time and on-quality deliverables to ad hoc requests.
Resolving Abnormal Situations
·
Daily Extraction on Abnormal Topic based on CASTOR and segregate task between GRB & ROB Scope
·
Ensure every stakeholders solving the Abnormal cases
·
Review RO To Be Deleted (RTBD) list from the Transport Department and ensure requests are entertained accordingly.
·
Review Quarantine File under KULROO responsibility and act based on the request
Performance and Drumbeating Monitoring
·
Monitor GRB & ROB Weekly Performance
·
Ensure all monitoring files are updated accordingly
·
Keep track on workload volume, on time performance and action tracker
·
Communicate to KULROO for any deviation process that impacting to operations
·
Leading SQCDP for KULROO
