Quality Review
·
Conduct thorough and systematic reviews of completed RO and ACD to ensure accuracy of information, and adherence to established company user guide and procedures
·
Investigate root causes of non Quality and facilitate corrective and preventive measures.
·
Verify data entry, documentation, and compliance with service- level agreements, warranty terms, and specific requirements.
·
Identify document errors and inconsistencies in repair orders and related documentation.
·
Conduct rigorous, systematic, and independent reviews of all aircraft configuration desk (ACD) for all ACD creators and modifications within the AMASIS system, ensuring absolute accuracy, completeness, and adherence to process user guide
·
Raised Non Quality RO and ACD to respective stakeholders.
·
Monitor corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence of issues.
ROO Quality Team
·
Contribute to the vision and mission for ROO quality control
·
Contribute to the long term strategy of ROO quality control
·
Contribute to develop and simplify the quality process.
·
Work on automation quality
Reporting & Analysis:
·
Develop and maintain accurate records of quality control checks, audit results, and Non Quality (NQ) rates.
·
Generate regular reports on quality metrics, highlighting areas of strength and areas requiring improvement.
·
Communicate with the leadership team on the current Quality issues.
·
Analyze data to identify root causes of quality issues and provide recommendations for systemic improvements.
