Position Summary:
Reward Specialist will advise the HRBP and business in relation to all aspects of Reward and support the delivery and governance of a Total Reward Framework encompassing primary, performance based and career focused aspects of Reward and Recognition. You will process the annual performance pay and variable pay scheme in a highly regulated environment. You will have an insightful approach to analyzing and providing data to support decision making, and utilizing your proficiency in data analysis, you will assist with salary benchmarking, pay modeling, job mapping and evaluation, and the analysis of remuneration data for disclosure to the regulatory bodies.
Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct research and analysis to understand industry and organization-specific issues, including business strategy, corporate performance, compensation and rewards practices and trends, and best practices in total reward management.

Perform the Job Evaluation process, sizing individual roles based on the use of grading methodology.
·
Review Remuneration procedures and guidance documents on an annual basis and work with the business and broader HR team to develop a better understanding of reward and governance processes and methodologies with an emphasis on risk standards and controls.

Support the HO Reward as required, providing insights in support of data driven business decisions.
·
Partner with HRBPs on ad-hoc projects to deliver effective reward solutions in the Employee life cycle (recruitment, promotion, mobility and termination/leaving).
Qualified Experience / Skills / Training:
Education:
A bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, statistics, math, accounting, or HR preferred.
Preferred Experience:
Minimum 3-4 years' experience of Reward experience, preferably in compensation rewards consulting.
Knowledge, Skills, Demonstrated Capabilities:

Ability to deliver on time, and to tight timeframes while handling conflicting priorities
·
Highly numerical and meticulous in detail with a clear focus on quality with ability to spot anomalies and investigate them
·
Ability to work on own initiative with high standards and a continuous improvement attitude.
·
Strong analytical skills with demonstrated experience of researching and analyzing data
·
Strong communication and influencing skills
·
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word and proficient in PowerPoint
Communication Skills (Spoken, Written, Influencing, Proficiency in Other Languages):
· Fluent written and spoken English.
