Accountabilities

The job holder is responsible for providing daily support to Airlines or MROs regarding Service Bulletin inquiries;
The job holder is responsible for facilitating transnational collaboration, coordinate and follow up on customer inquiries;
The job holder is responsible for the answer of Junior-level technical issue of Service Bulletin;
The job holder is responsible on quality check and performance management of customer inquiries;

Main activities

· 
Perform pre-analysis of all Airline queries and ensure that all relevant customer questions were addressed promptly;

· 
Answer L0/L1/L2 queries and pass L3 or above queries to relevant contributor for further analysis;

· 
Prepare RDAF Technical justification, fulfil the responsibilities under RTE delegation;

· 
Manage the quality check to ensure the answer is provided on time and on quality;

· 
Coordination with other BUs in China and EU;

· 
Improve customer satisfaction.

Outputs

· 
Technical query answer to the customer regarding service bulletin;

· 
RDAF technical justification;

· 
Take action on the hot topic and frequently occurring topics and report to RCM.

Skills

· 
Bachelor degree or above in Aeronautics, Aerospace Engineering;

· 
3-5 years’ experience in airline maintenance & engineering domain on airbus aircraft;

· 
Knowledge of aeronautical/mechanical/avionics/structure engineering;

· 
Knowledge about airlines’ organization and operation;

· 
Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese;

· 
Able to work in a multicultural and international environment.

Organisation structure

The jobholder has a double reporting line to both HO retrofit solutions in Airbus headquarter and HO Customer Service Engineering in Airbus China, being functionally responsible for producing and managing avionics and airframe service bulletin under delegation from Airbus headquarters and operationally managed day-to-day by ABEC HO customer service engineering.

This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
