Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for an Instrumentation Engineer for flight test installation - Metrology Function (f/m) to join our team in Toulouse, France.
Within the flight test domain, the 'Physical Measurements' sub-department verifies and supports all instrumentations for laboratory and flight test installations for all aircraft programs and specifies designs, develops the new technologies of sensors to be used on new projects. The job holder will integrate a service composed of 20 people. He/She will be in charge of development and in service support of aeronautical instrumentations including the metrological control of its components managed. He/She will be deeply involved in innovation and research projects looking for the latest technology to be applied for the future project. You have a good level of knowledge in Physical measurements, and you are motivated, this job is for you!
Your future challenges:

Contribute to metrological monitoring and maintaining the quality system.
·
Actively participate in the preparation, carrying out and monitoring of internal and external audits.
·
Analyze identified gaps, develop detailed action plans, and monitor their implementation until complete resolution.
·
Develop uncertainties budgets and analyze the propagations of contributors for different measurement chains, according to the GUM method, to support the teams.
·
Contribute to the updating and compliance of all documentation related to the metrological stock, including equipment technical sheets and calibration certificates.
