Responsibilities - your mission:

· 
Creation and analysis of various KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to support senior management and operational teams.

· 
Planning, development, and distribution of weekly and monthly reports to relevant stakeholders.

· 
Continuous enhancement and automation of the reporting process to maximize efficiency and accuracy.

· 
Programming of new interfaces to integrate and analyze data from various systems.

· 
Close collaboration with other departments for which we provide services to understand and meet their reporting requirements.

· 
Handling ad-hoc requests and issues to support operational decision-making.

· 
Identification and implementation of improvement opportunities in reporting and data analysis.

· 
Ensuring data integrity and quality in all reporting processes.

· 
development and maintenance of dashboards for real-time monitoring and key metrics

Requirements - our ideal candidate will have:

· 
Diploma or Master's degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration,  Statistics, Finance, Data Science or a related field.

· 
Proficiency in programming languages and software relevant skills to data analysis and reporting.

· 
Advanced knowledge of G Workplace, especially Google Sheets (including functions) and Google Sites.

· 
Strong analytical skills with a meticulous approach to handling data.

· 
Experience with MS Office (Microsoft Access) for data analysis and reporting purposes.

· 
Project management skills with a structured and organized approach to tasks.

· 
Ability to manage data efficiently, ensuring accuracy and reliability in reporting.

· 
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders.

· 
Fluency in business English; German language skills are desirable.

· 
Proactive and motivated mindset with a talent for developing innovative solutions.

· 
High resilience and assertiveness to manage challenging reporting tasks effectively.

· 
Willingness to travel occasionally for business purposes.

· 
Creative thinking ability to generate new ideas and improve reporting processes.

·

Software skills must include: Excel, Google Workspace, Skywise, Microsoft Access, HTML, interfaces between tools.
