Are you ready to take on the challenge of becoming a Quality Conformance Engineer within Airbus Operations, Getafe (Madrid) (Sevilla )?

RESPONSABILITIES:

The jobholder will provide deviations non-conformance  analysis, monitoring of the corrective and preventive actions:

· 
Where deviations occur, you will be involved in the handling of the non-conformance including analysis of the deviations, monitoring of the corrective and preventive actions, as well as contributing to the improvement of the quality standards.

· 
Lead the end to end non quality monitoring into S19 program.

The jobholder will identify early process variations and to take effective actions by means of root cause analysis to mitigate and resolve any quality issues by supporting a robust PPS method application

· 
As such, you will collect, analyze, visualize and interpret the relevant process and/or in service performance data using available means (manual and automatic) to identify early process variations and to take effective actions by means of root cause analysis to mitigate and resolve any quality issues by supporting a robust PPS method application. You will provide the evidence of conformity to processes and requirements to Programme/Project Quality Assurance to ensure the satisfaction of customer requirements. 

The job holder will provide technical support to  implement & operate Prevention Means (such as APQP, FMEA)

In new product / process / service development you will ensure that operational processes' lessons learnt and risks analysis are done early, and that relevant preventive quality standards are used in order to mitigate the risks and that a rigorous Development Plan (multi-functional reviews, maturity gates, ...) is followed. You will implement & operate Prevention Means (such as APQP, FMEA) .

Software development you will ensure software and data integrity

In case of software development you will ensure software and data integrity, verify and validate/certify the software and data in compliance with the appropriate standard for its specific application, e.g. onboard software, ground test software for prototype, small series production, simulation models, decision making support systems.

The Jobholder will support the company's certifications and interfaces with external quality authorities (ISO, IAQG, EASA, etc.,).  

The job holder will be part of a team to secure  conformity S19 to deliver FAL Hamburg, according to quality criterias demanded by customer and authorities, in time and cost.

The jobholder will secure the AOS / QPS maturity is achieved

SKILLS:

We're seeking dynamic candidates with a Degree in Engineering (aerospace engineering preferred), experience in Quality topics. Fluency in English and Spanish is essential.
