You will be working in Quality Assurance with Tetra infra and broadband teams in a truly international environment. As a valued member of our team specializing in the Public Safety sector, your primary objective revolves around working on quality support for various software projects including R&D, maintenance and customer project support. In this role you get to see and influence the end-to-end quality of our products and activities. You get the possibility to constantly learn new things and have a true impact on your daily work. 
   Your specific tasks include:

Supporting the R&D and maintenance teams in lean/agile way of working
 
·  
Ensuring that processes are followed end-to-end and share status globally within the teams and the quality department
 
·  
Monitoring quality according to project plans, processes and objectives
 
·  
Supporting the teams in preparing project milestones, PI plannings, risk reviews and customer deliveries
 
·  
Collecting, reviewing and analyzing product and process KPIs with experts
 
·  
Facilitating lesson learned and problem solving sessions, providing feedback to the teams and proposing improvement actions. Follow-up of the agreed improvement actions is also part of your responsibilities

Contributing to continuous improvement activities, including performing root cause analyses, defining and planning of improvement actions and improving and documenting our processes

You will join our quality community consisting of 9 professionals in Finland and a bigger team abroad in other PSS entities. Hence, support is always available.   Let’s talk about you – who is set to thrive in this position?   
In this role, we need a seasoned quality expert who excels in managing end-to-end quality of product development.
You have experience in agile/SaFe development practices and solid understanding of project management and quality assurance in software development.
Basic knowledge of ISO9001 standard, internal auditing and problem solving methods are needed in this position. 
Succeeding in this role requires working independently, in an analytical and proactive way and have courage to bring up improvement needs. We also appreciate flexibility, cooperation skills and diplomacy. You are working in multifunctional and international teams with customer orientation.
