* This is job is based in Taichung, not Kaohsiung,
 
   To perform the role as tools manager which includes the following:    
 
·  
    Management of inventory for TDME (Tools, Diagnostics & Measuring Equipment)     
 
·  
    Management of Calibration Vendors    
 
·  
    Monitoring of Calibration Due Dates for TMDE (Including arranging of the sending out of TMDE to respective calibration vendors)    
 
·  
    Responsible of Tools Accountability (Including Daily Tools Check, Shadow Board, Accountability Board, Quarterly & Annual Check)    
 
·  
    Tool inventory in the tool room    
 
·  
    Manage POPR requests for tools    
 
·  
    Replace or purchase standard tools    
 
·  
    Maintain a clean and tidy tool room environment.    
  To perform the role of GSE (Ground Support Equipment) assistant   
 
·  
    Management of inventory for GSE (Including tow truck, hydraulic mill, battery cart, compressor wash kit, etc)    
 
·  
    Responsible for daily checks of GSE    
 
·  
    Monitoring & Servicing Due Dates for GSE (Including the sending out of equipment to vendors)    
 
·  
    Responsible to perform simple maintenance on GSE    
 
·  
    POPR purchases for ground equipment consumable parts    
 
·  
    Connecting equipment vendors for repairs/maintenance    
  To perform the role of Life Support Equipment (Customer)   
 
·  
    Perform life support equipment duties    
 
·  
    Manage life support equipment inventory (including life jackets, life rafts, oxygen cylinders, etc.)    
 
·  
    Replace emergency survival medications    
 
·  
    Clean and maintain life support equipment (stretchers, life baskets, carabiners, etc.)    
 
·  
    Monitor and maintain maintenance due dates (including equipment delivery to suppliers)    
 
·  
    Create and replace equipment tags    
  To perform the role of POL    
 
·  
    Manage POLs (POPR requirements and monitoring).    
 
·  
    Create and replace POL tags.    
 
·  
    Update the POL control list on G Drive.    
 
·  
    Clean POL storage cabinets and areas.    
 
·  
    Contact the vendor regularly for disposal of expired POLs or waste fuel.    
 
·  
    Forecast fuel orders based on demand.    
 
·  
    Coordinate POL needs across bases.    
   Secondary Responsibilities -    
·  
    Liaise with the maintenance team to forecast and ensure tool availability according to the maintenance plan and adhere to the contract's minimum mission equipment availability.    
 
·  
    Procurement needs for work supplies: paper towels of work, engine rinsing water and cleaning supplies.    
 
·  
    Procurement needs for office supplies and stationery.    
 
·  
    Manage the availability of first aid kit items.
