In the frame of our newERP program at Airbus Helicopters we are looking for you as our new Program PMO, Change and Performance Manager.

newERP is one of the long lasting and most complex Transformation projects at Airbus Helicopters. Planning precision and consistency are one of the cornerstones of its roadmap. Enhanced risk management and improving existing organizations to increase productivity and the alignment of all actors are key to ensure Program will deliver on time, quality and cost.
Your mission :
Reporting to the Head of newERP Program, you will be in charge of managing the PMO activities in all its dimensions (i.e. at Program level, at Integrated Business Solution level and at Cross-Functional Solution level). You will also manage the consistency and execution of our change management strategy across all Business Functions.
In this frame, mentoring project managers and successfully facilitating the implementation of the most advanced Agile methodologies to improve program efficiency is part of your role. You will be responsible to identify and provide solutions to any method implementation issues.
Your key tasks & your accountabilities :
Fully integrated into the New ERP Program and plateau, you will act as overarching leader on our PMO activities, Change Management and Program Performance execution.
In that function, you will:

Monitor program performance (phase review), control program (planning and detailed scheduling) & projects data (risks & opportunities, backlog…).

Ensure planning consistency of our Change Management Strategy for each release and its execution. Communication, stakeholders management and especially the training strategy including the engagement journey, change impact and training needs assessment together with the animation of the change network are the main pillars.

Strongly contribute to newERP program methodologies and support Quality Assurance to ensure a robust and standard way to manage activities on time, on quality and on cost. Implement a methodological framework like SAFe for the entire Program.

Collaborate with other core program roles (Ho Design Authority, Delivery manager, Quality Assurance…) to ensure alignment between key activities and the Program methodology proposed.

Be responsible for newERP program dashboards
·
Plan and facilitate working sessions like PI planning, hackathons and other cross- functional decision making.
·
Support in the use of JIRA and align JIRA configuration and usages with the Program methodology and constraints.
·
Support Program on lessons learned and its implementation.
·
Identify, provide and execute battle plans in relation with any methodologies or performance issues during the execution of the program.
Your skills & qualification :

Bachelor or Master study in Information Technology or comparable
·
Demonstrated experience in project and program management
·
Senior competence on SAFe (Agile) and scrum
·
Advanced knowledge on Change Management for huge Transformation projects
·
Deep knowledge on JIRA and other project planning tools
·
Experienced in complex IT projects and Transformation program
·
Analytics and synthetical approach
·
Team player and complex stakeholders management (Program, System Integrator, IM, Business…)
·
Communication
·
Conflict management
·
Professional practice of English
