Airbus Propulsion Team in Manching has the mission to provide cutting edge technology in combat propulsion integration, push innovation to sophisticated and European solutions efficiently and effectively. With the responsibility from early project phases to in-service support to deliver in quality, on time and on cost to drive the current and future projects.

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

Within the perimeter of Propulsion Integration: Support in the development of Medium Altitude Long Endurance (MALE) RPAS (Remotely Piloted Aircraft System) ensuring a European Solution to intelligence surveillance and reconnaissance and ground support missions. Contribute to the development of methods and tools to ensure digital continuity and a MBSE solution to new programs.

Your tasks and responsibilities

· 
Ensure proper flow down of requirements, and completeness of validation and verification activities.

· 
Evaluate compliance and assumptions toward requirements.

· 
Mature architecture and ensure consistency evaluating and implementing configuration changes.

· 
Ensure optimal solution in the selection of design.

· 
Manage interfaces with different systems.

· 
Contribute to the quality of documentation.

· 
Provide support to the evolution of ways of working in Digital Design, Manufacturing and Services (DDMS).

 Desired skills and qualifications

· 
Enrolled full time student (d/f/m) within aerospace / mechanical engineering or equivalent.

· 
Knowledge in the fields of propulsion, fluid dynamics and systems.

· 
Experience on System Engineering, Interface definition, Requirement management, safety analysis…

· 
MBSE (Model Based System Engineering): Cameo, DOORS Requirements Management Tool, Octane,…would be a plus.

· 
IT tools (Confluence, Jira, GitHub,…).

· 
Good planning and organizational skills.

· 
Ability to work productively in a team environment as well as self-reliant.

· 
English advanced level, Spanish and German are a plus.
