Job Description:

Draft & maintain HR processes in case of process change including update communication kit to HR group

Support HR digital project management, including but not limited to meeting organization, prepare minutes of meeting and relevant communication presentation, etc.

Take care of intern onboarding & offboarding

Support personal file management and stamping process

Support HC management and data analysis, work on automation tool to boost efficiency and reduce manual mistakes

Support team event organization

This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
