Analista de Recursos Humanos
El Analista de Recursos Humanos es responsable de apoyar de manera directa a los HR Business Partners (HRBP) y al Responsable de Compensaciones y Beneficios y Payroll, así como de actuar como el nexo de comunicación para las incidencias del mes relacionadas con el proceso de payroll de las distintas entidades de la organización. Esta posición contribuye a la eficiencia y efectividad de la gestión de recursos humanos mediante la recolección, análisis y validación de datos, además de asegurar la correcta comunicación y resolución de incidencias laborales, de compensación y beneficios.
Responsabilidades Clave:
· Asistencia a HRBP y al equipo de Compensaciones y Beneficios.
· Gestión de Incidencias de Payroll
· Soporte en la Administración de Datos de Empleados
· Análisis de Datos de KPI y Reportes
· Comunicación y Coordinación Interdepartamental
A Quién Buscamos?
· Buscamos un profesional con Licenciatura en Contaduría, Administración o o área afín.
· +3 años de experiencia en el área de nóminas.
· Conocimiento de procesos de nómina y administración de beneficios
· Conocimiento de herramientas y sistemas de gestión de recursos humanos (Deseable Workday)
· Dominio avanzado de Excel / Google sheets.
· Conocimiento con la Ley Federal del Trabajo, Ley del IMSS-INFONAVIT, SAT y STPS.
· Nivel avanzado de Ingles.

Human Resources Analyst
The Human Resources Analyst is responsible for providing direct support to the HR Business Partners (HRBP) and the Compensation and Benefits and Payroll Manager, as well as acting as the communication link for monthly incidents related to the payroll process across the organization’s entities. This role contributes to the efficiency and effectiveness of human resources management through the collection, analysis, and validation of data, as well as ensuring proper communication and resolution of labor, compensation, and benefits issues.
Key Responsibilities:
· Support to HRBP and the Compensation and Benefits team.
· Management of Payroll Incidents.
· Support in Employee Data Administration.
· KPI Data Analysis and Reporting.
· Interdepartmental Communication and Coordination.
Who We Are Looking For:
We are looking for a professional with:
· A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
· +3 years of experience in payroll.
· Knowledge of payroll processes and benefits administration.
· Familiarity with HR management tools and systems (Workday preferred).
· Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
· Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law, IMSS-INFONAVIT Law, SAT, and STPS.
· Advanced proficiency in English
