Mission:
· Focal point at AHE level and logistic front face to the customer when dealing with By the Hours contacts, managing actions and guaranteeing the business delivery performance.
Main Responsibilities:
· Execute B2B and B2C contracts, supervising compliance with terms and delivery conditions.
· Monitor customer’s orders and ensure its processing in due time, attend customer needs and logistic inquiries when required.
· Liaise with other company areas and customers for all customer’s outstanding orders.
· Support both KPI performance for business and individual customer level.
· Ensure customer complain reporting actions plans.
· Monitor helicopters flight hour evolution, forecasting parts based on scheduled maintenance plan.
· Perform contract invoicing and follow up report when needed.
· Update data base of the business in a daily basis.
· Provide AOG service to customers.
Key Competences:
· Business/Economics bachelor’s degree.
· Experience in customer logistics services
· English skills (negotiation level required).
· Cross-functional coordination and problem solving mindset.
· Google Suit tools and MS office expertise.
· Customer satisfaction oriented.
· Proactivity and team work spirit.
· SAP modules knowledge: S&D, MM.
· Desirable tools expertise: WebTeK, Orion, T.I.P.
