Airbus Helicopters is looking for an H175 Contract Owner Civil and Military Offers (f/m) to join our teams based in Marignane, France.

You will be part of the H175 MAS Contracts & Offers, within H175 platform MAS, and will be responsible for the management and coordination of Civil Offers, and Military Offers

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead the H175 engineering offers process for H175 Civil & Military versions For H175 Civil & Military offers, act as engineering leader and focal point, through:  Coordinating civil & military offer preparation with key stakeholders within ET  Being the engineering focal point for offer department from customer requirements analysis until offer release, and the focal point for the subsidiary AH UK for AH UK Offers (NMH)  Animating Design Office specialists and experts community in the technical analysis of customer requirements and identifying potential new developments  Building engineering effort quotation (Workload, tests, suppliers NRCs) to achieve reasonably the necessary development activities  Launching preliminary discussions and launch RFQ with key suppliers for specific development needs, to secure offer content, schedule and cost.  Building associated preliminary development logic and schedule, in collaboration with program, production and S&S teams  Building a robust and quoted risks and opportunities analysis, in order to adjust risks provisions to be considered in the offer.  Delivering, if needed with the support of other Contract Owners, the technical answer to the offer department including associated engineering quotation  Working in coordination with H175 M MAS Leader to establish Military offers in parallel to H175 M Development (coordinate Generic developments needs on one hand and specific contracts developments needs on the other hand)  Supporting the building of the aircraft military configuration, based on existing H175 Public Services version and proposing new development items  Managing workload and expenses to ensure development is done within budget allocated by program.

TECHNICAL SKILLS  General knowledge of helicopter and main sub-systems  Experience in military HC development will be appreciated  Strong project management and organisation skills.  General Design Office knowledge: understanding and architecture of drawings, design rules, stress analysis  General knowledge of airworthiness : certification, continuous airworthiness  General knowledge of configuration management  Possibly experience concerning mission systems and performances, or operational use of helicopters.  Notions regarding Airbus internal strategy, markets, finance and commercial topics.

SOFT & BEHAVIOURAL SKILLS  High sense of autonomy, initiative and team spirit  Strong analysis and synthesis skills, with ability to process lots of complex information in a limited time  Argumentation & negotiations capacities  Stress management  Language : French Negotiation Level mandatory, Advanced Level in English
