Job Summary:
An exciting Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) opportunity is available at NAVBLUE, a 100% Airbus company, based in Gdansk, Poland.

Reporting to the Global Head of Human Resources, the HRBP Poland will lead the HR activities, with a great amount of autonomy for the NAVBLUE Poland site of approx. 100 employees and growing.

As a trusted advisor to employees, the HRBP will deliver exceptional customer service and drive an engaging employee experience and continuous improvement culture.

As part of a dynamic global HR team located in 4 countries (Canada, UK, France, Poland), the HRBP, along with a Gdansk-based HR Advisor, will work cohesively as a team and contribute to a wide range of transnational activities in a fast-paced and collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities:
● Lead HR activities for our Gdansk site, providing expert guidance on all HR related matters.
● Build strong partnerships with management and employees to foster an engaged and performant workplace.
● With support and in coordination with our global centres of expertise, drive the full HR employee life cycle for the Poland office including: recruitment, onboarding and offboarding of employees, resource planning, talent management, metrics, performance management, benefits, consequential management, health & safety, employee relations etc.
● Identify and deploy solutions to improve HR administration processes

● Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to employment practices in Poland.
● Bring fresh ideas to the team to enhance organizational performance and employee experience, focusing on areas such as employee development, leadership effectiveness, performance management, rewards and recognition, workplace effectiveness or any other HR-related topic.
● Coach the organization on people practices related to development, wellbeing, performance and employee engagement.
● Organize and coordinate HR work for the site, acting as a coach to the local HR advisor.
● Participate in international/transversal HR projects for NAVBLUE.
● Coordinate and align with other entities of the group Airbus in Poland.

Required Skills/Experience:
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
● Strong experiences as an autonomous and hands-on HR Generalist in an
international environment
● Knowledge of HR systems (especially Workday is a strong asset)
● Knowledge of Polish labor legislation
● Autonomy and adaptability in a fast-paced dynamic environment
● Pro-active mindset and ability to anticipate
● Proven ability to build relationships, influence, and manage stakeholders
● Tact and diplomacy in dealing with sensitive and confidential issues
● Strong communication skills
● A proven team player who collaborates respectfully with people at all levels of the organization
● Customer orientation and responsiveness, with a solution mindset
● Strong interpersonal skills, self-awareness, and empathy
● Fluency in English and Polish are mandatory (written and spoken)
