As a Fitter Trainer, you'll split your time between hands-on training (80%) and classroom instruction (20%). You'll be the expert guide for our apprentices and employees, assisting with everything from soft skills development to complex Part 145 and Part 147 training. You'll use your extensive experience in aviation maintenance and your deep understanding of regulations to coach and mentor our team to success.
What You'll Be Doing:

Mentoring and developing apprentices and employees across the business.

Delivering practical and classroom-based training on a variety of subjects.
·
Assisting with the recruitment and supervision of apprentices.
·
Ensuring the educational needs of our team are met and supporting leadership development.
What We're Looking For:
·
Highly developed hand skills and extensive experience in aviation engineering.
·
A comprehensive understanding of Part 145, Part CAMO, and MRP regulations.
·
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to present information clearly at all levels.
·
A Level 3 or above qualification in Aeronautical or General Engineering.
·
A Full UK Driving License.
·
Willingness to travel occasionally between our sites across the UK
Bonus points : if you have a training, leadership, or mentoring qualification, or previous experience as an aircraft engineering trainer!
