Airbus Helicopters is looking for a Export Control Analyst (US regulations & Export Control Investigations department)(f/m) to join our Export Control Department in Marignane / Donauworth (France/Germany) based in Marignane, France.

Purpose - We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Export Control Analyst to join our US regulations & Export Control investigations team.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that the company complies with all relevant export control laws and regulations, both domestically and internationally.
Your challenges :

Data Analysis: analyse export data to identify trends, potential compliance issues and areas of improvements

Transaction review: analyse and review export documentation, including license applications, classifications requests, end users’ statements
·
Support to Export Control investigations: act as a resource for export control investigation: SAP / Skywise analysis, deliveries analysis etc
·
Support to US licensing activities: licensing review, classification collection, drafting of applications, ensure any information is flowed down to the business via alerts, team site
·
Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all US Licensing activities
·
Risk Assessment: Assess export transactions and customer/end-user profiles to identify and mitigate potential risks associated with export activities. -

Required Education, Background and Experience:
Educated to degree level (MBA or equivalent) in Law, Engineering, Data Analysis or a related disciplines.
Relevant experience in Export Control regulations (FR, EU, ITAR and EAR).
Experience in the aerospace and or defense industry will be highly valued.
Strong organizational and communication skills; sound business judgment; involves others appropriately in consultations and decisions.
Strong relationship building, networking, interpersonal and communication skills.
High degree of credibility, independence, integrity, confidentiality and trust.
Strong Data analytical skills (pack office, SAP)
Languages: English (fluent); knowledge of French, German or Spanish is a plus
This position requires a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.
