Job Description

Anforderungen:

·  Entwicklung von MMICs und RFICs (Frequenzbereich bis 60GHz) für den Einsatz in Solid-State Verstärkern (SSPAs), T/R –Modulen als auch LNA-Anwendungen in z.B. Kommunikations- / Radarsystemen für Satellitenanwendungen
·  Die MMIC / RFIC Entwicklungen erfolgen in Zusammenarbeit mit externen Halbleiterlieferanten unter der Verwendung von GaAs, GaN als auch SiGe basierenden Halbleitertechnologien
·  Messtechnische Charakterisierung und Dokumentation der integrierten Schaltungen
·  Betreuung bis zur Serienreife in Zusammenarbeit mit den entsprechenden Abteilungen der Entwicklung, Konstruktion als auch Fertigung

Qualifikationen:

·  Hochschulabschluss (Master / PhD) im Bereich Elektrotechnik / Hochfrequenztechnik / Nachrichtentechnik
·  Erste Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von MMIC / RFIC für Hochfrequenzanwendungen, HF-Messtechnik
·  Kenntnisse in Aufbau- und Verbindungstechnik (AFT) von HF-Schaltungen sind ein Plus
·  Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Simulationswerkzeugen wie Keysight ADS, Cadence oder CST Microwave Studio
·  Teamplayer
·  Gute Deutsch- und Englisch-Kenntnisse
