AIRBUS offer more than 70 vacancies for our full time graduate program in Spain # DISCOVER I 2025/2026 Starting date March 3rd 2025.
We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector.The current context demands different ways of looking, thinking and relating.
What does this internship consists in?
Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (#DISCOVER) designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future.
You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to DISCOVER the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11 month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background.
The start of the internship will be in early March 2025, and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes). It is a full-time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.
Internship Job Description:
Within Getafe Single Aisle VSM (Value Stream Management).
Projects:
- Single Aisle Ramp Up Project: secure implementation of Rate 75+ for HTP in Getafe Plant. Preparation and update of dossiers, periodical reviews with the stakeholders.
Industrial Planning:
- Track cascading of new plans and tacticals, ensuring feasibility of Spanish work packages.
- Preparation of VSM MPS (Master Production Scheduling), and L2/L3 Plant MPS.
- Ensure Single Aisle (SA) HTP deliveries on time, by coordinating with Getafe Plant, Central Programme and Transport.
SA Risk & Opportunities management: identification, creation and monitoring of risk and opportunities related to Single Aisle Programme.
Recurring and non-recurring cost management.
Contribute to the achievement of the different maturity milestones of the SA modifications and to guarantee their correct industrialization through the monitoring of actions and generation of the necessary documentation.

As a successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- Recently graduates/Master students.
- Studies in engineering (aerospace, telecommunications, industrial, mechanical, chemical).
- English: fluent negotiation level.
- Spanish: negotiation level.
- Team spirit and great collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in complex and international environments.
- Willing to learn and add value
