OPPORTUNITY

An opportunity for a Manufacturing Engineer has arisen within Airbus Defence & Space at Resident team located at Puerto de Santa María (Cádiz).

The selected candidate will join the Manufacturing Engineering in a temporary mode , covering the absence of an internal employee.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

Collaborative design for manufacturing - to influence in the airframe design phases in order to ensure industrial requirements are met.

Design build process for composites parts - to evaluate Recurrent Cost and Non Recurrent Costs and to define industrials means needed.

Develop and ensure Liquid Resin Infusion process (LRI) with Uni Directional dry tapes and RTM6 resin system.

SKILLS

Education: Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree or a related discipline.

Experience: At least 3 years in the area of composite manufacturing. Manufacturing ADS IT manufacturing landscape desirable.

Soft skills: High adaptability to work on new environments, new business and in a networking mode. Advanced level in English.
