An opportunity for a C295 Mission System Instructor & Specialist has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space, San Pablo (Sevilla). 

Task & accountabilities:
Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

·  Ensure the delivery of the Mission Systems training courses in accordance with the requirements defined by the Program Directive.
·  Manage the Mission Training Development specific in accordance with the requirements defined by the Programm Directive.
·  Act as Mission Systems expert on field for all the activities required from this domain (flights, documents validation, courses development, etc).
·  Support transversal units (CBT & Training Media and Ops doc & support) in the validation of the Mission System Documentation.
·  Act as Mission System Expert for other areas in Airbus

This role will involve high availability  to travel in order to provide Ground & Flight Training or to provide support to the customer locally

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

·  Educated in Military degree and diploma as Mission Systems Operator
·  Engineering degree will be a plus
·  Experience in

- CN-235 / C-295 MSA Mission Systems Operations Experience

- CN-235 / C-295  MSA Aircraft Operational Experience ( more than  1200 Flight Hours)

- CN-235 / C-295 MSA Mission Systems Ground and Flight Instructor Experience

- CN-235/C-295 MSA Missions preparation, briefing and debriefing

·  Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
·  Advanced level in English and Spanish.
·  German or French would be an asset.
