What the job is …

As the Business Resolution Manager you are part of a dedicated team that drives problem solving across the organization. We help manage challenging cross functional initiatives to craft inventive solutions which our customers appreciate. The Business Resolution Management team offers you exposure to a wide range of functions within Satair to build your curiosity and passion for aerospace. 

We’re a multinational team with members in Washington DC, Atlanta, and Copenhagen, which makes for a fun, and diverse work environment. We represent a wide variety of backgrounds and expertise uniquely positioning the team to manage a massive range of topics. With a quickly growing business scope we are adding a new member, and would love to bring a unique skill set on this engaged team! 

Job Responsibilities:

· 
Manage technical and commercial data availability ensuring smooth parts supply management

· 
Investigate and correct part configuration discrepancies

· 
Troubleshoot everything around part numbers or orders, such as understanding supplier or data issues and driving adoption

· 
Be a trusted advisor to different stakeholders across the company in Support, Program Management, Product Management, Sourcing, Planning, Supply Management, Quality and Master Data to immediately support technical and operational topics

· 
Facilitate in identification and escalation of operational challenges through proper channels

· 
Be reactive and proactive in supporting operational teams to drive functional, sometimes out-of-the-box solutions that directly support customer satisfaction

· 
Be an active escalation point for functional topics and iron out bottlenecks that prevent smooth operations of the functions

· 
Ensure ongoing satisfaction to incrementally deliver resolutions to technical and operational issues

· 
Build working relationships with functional teams to better understand issues

· 
Establish a personal link between our team and the operational functions at your site as a representative of the Business Resolution Management team

· 
Be willing to ask challenging and pointed questions to push the status quo 

What you offer:

· 
Excellent commercial skills and understanding of commercial aviation aftermarket supply chain (3+ years of commercial business experience)

· 
Advanced level analytic skills (ability to see the big picture) and data analytics

· 
Excellent stakeholder skills.

· 
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

· 
Versatility to be a Product Manager and also to be a Project Manager

· 
3+ years of experience in product management, sales/customer service, supply chain management, or logistics (preferably in the aviation industry).

· 
Advanced skills in Google Workspace. Prior knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.

· 
Excellent communication skills in English with other languages being a plus 

Education:

· 
A Bachelor's degree in Economics, Marketing, Engineering or Aerospace or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Master's degree preferred.

Travel Required:

· 
Able to travel internationally up to approximately 10% of the time
