Airbus is looking for a CAx- Business Analyst to join in Bangalore, India, to support the Project and run mode development activities in CAx domain for Airbus Information Management (IM).

Qualification & Experience
·
Engineering graduate with 3-5 years of experience in Electrical/Mechanical/Aeronautical domain, with background on Airbus CAx/PLM Business knowledge
·
2-3 years of experience in CATIA (V5 / V6) development using COM, CAA V5/RADE , C++, CATVBA/CATVbs
·
Good Experience in CAx Applications Deployment and Integration with PLM systems
·
Technical/Functional Knowledge on Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) domain.
·
Run-mode support and OS migration support by ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
·
Ability to learn and master Airbus specific Operational Service Management tools like ServiceNow, MyPortfolio etc…
·
Good hands on expertise in Incident Management, Problem Management, Escallation Management and transversal support across suppliers and internal teams.
·
Good understanding of SLA, OLA, KPI and it’s objectives.
·
Knowledge of ITIL processes and frameworks is a plus.
·
E2E design release and archival process is an added advantage.
·
Experience in collaborating with internal and external stakeholders transnationally.
·
Experience in Export control and data compliance.
·
Software quality management, security assessments awareness.
·
Knowledge on Waterfall / Agile/ SAFe project methodologies and Versionone/JIRA/Gsuite is an added advantage.

Responsibilities:
·
End to end ownership of application development, maintenance and support.
·
Define, set up and manage a project / programme structure to achieve the project / programme targets. He/she defines, uses and sustains resources, and supports team development with the appropriate competences, over the project lifecycle.
·
Prepare and maintain documentation describing configurations and procedures for performing installations. Maintaining the first-time-right approach is a must.
·
Manage Functional Support within agreed SLA / OLA
·
Establish suitable stakeholder networks and manage them effectively.
·
Manage and monitor partners & subcontractors. He/she manages contractual relationships (in partnership with Procurement) to successfully ensure the delivery on time, cost & quality with relevant partners. He/she ensures products are delivered meeting the expected business value.
·
Roadmap Management, Deployment Planning / Coordination & Regular Status Reporting.
·
Manage required Resources / Means.
·
Create, maintain and review Process Documentation / Support.
·
Provide proactive and reactive Operational Support.
·
Identify, assess risks and opportunities in his/her area of duty. He/she identifies and prioritizes events that might negatively/positively affect the programme/ process/ function objectives and he/she categorizes them. He/she takes corrective and preventive actions accordingly.

Identify, tailor, optimize and apply relevant processes, methods and tools according to the type of programme/ project (size, context, complexity, etc.). This includes any agile methodologies (agile scrum or scaled agile: SAFE, scrum of scrum, etc.), and also the context of hybrid projects, where the successful integration of multiple work packages developed applying different methodologies is needed.

He/She must work closely with business partners and key contacts, including their business models & operations, addressing major challenges and the resulting expectations and needs.
·
Adapt and use multiple forms of communication styles to ensure that all people/stakeholders are willing and able to follow common objectives. He/she negotiates & influences using reasoned advocacy in order to gain buy-in as well as using facilitation techniques to manage situations of conflict. He/she uses flexible and adaptable working styles to build and develop effective cross-functional team work. He/she interacts with people of different cultural backgrounds in a constructive manner to achieve commonly accepted project results.

He/She shall be willing to work in European Shift Times when needed(upto 10.30 PM IST in Summer and 11.30 PM IST in winter.)
