LOCATION : Stevenage (60% of your working week must be office based)

PMO Project Co-ordinator provides support to projects working under the direction of the PMO Manager to whom they are assigned
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM
· Assisting the PMO in the development and maintenance for the appropriate business management tools, other relevant methodologies, tools, templates, documentation and reporting to support the successful delivery of projects
· Liaising with the PMO, Risk and Integrated Planning Managers to support the implementation of best practice Project Control and Risk Management across the bids, projects and the business
· Actively working on project plans, issue & change management logs, risk & opportunity registers, project management information & data gathering, milestone tracking & customer and other stakeholder monthly reporting to support the successful delivery of projects
· Managing bid and project maturity trackers across PMO / PM artifacts and presenting status to management & senior stakeholders
ABOUT YOU
· Degree in Business Management or related subject desirable
· An understanding of Project Management methodologies.
· Good written and verbal communication skills.
· Good organisational skills.
· Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel.
· Proficiency in the use of Google software
