Responsibilities:
Feedstock asset hurting, acquisition and implementation
· Be capable of identifying eligible decommissioned aircraft in China and ensuring listed aircraft are reported in a timely manner when they become available on the market.
· Leverage extensive contacts with airlines and leasing companies in China to facilitate decommissioned aircraft sourcing, smooth transactions, and negotiations.
· Lead and oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, stakeholder interaction, and timely completion.
· Be responsible for the entire process of the company's aircraft bidding and report on lessons or experiences for each aircraft that has been available on the market.
Communication
· Manage and work closely with other departments for the end-to-end aircraft trading process, including asset value evaluation, internal approval, bidding process, technical oversight, and stakeholder management during aircraft transit and delivery.
· Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese, enabling effective interaction and collaboration with the stakeholders, including asset owners, financiers, dismantling company and internal stakeholders.
Market Analysis
· Utilize market information and databases to provide reliable data and analysis to inform the company's strategic decisions regarding aircraft valuations and trading opportunities.
· Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Knowledge
· Demonstrate broad understanding of the value and performance characteristics of various aircraft models, including Airbus A320CEO, Boeing B737NG, and Airbus A330CEO, as well as their associated engines.
· Demonstrate strong knowledge of aircraft maintenance, engineering, and various technical manuals to provide technical oversight and support for end of life aircraft trading transactions.
· Ensure thorough understanding of Airbus service organization and relevant compliance requirements.
· Possess in-depth understanding of Chinese regulatory requirements for decommissioned aircraft to ensure compliance with Airbus requirements during the remarketing and trading process.
· Proven experience in project management, with strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholder relationships.
· Possesses general accounting knowledge, and can understand and effectively prepare revenue streams assumptions in business cases/annual revenue target as well as plans for future development.
· Proven ability to analyze market data and provide strategic insights to support business decisions
· Extensive network and connections within the Chinese aviation industry, including airlines and leasing companies
· General understanding USM market in China, including USM value of key airframe parts, USM part repair and logistics management
· Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
· Willingness to conduct regular business trips and visits
