Tasks & accountabilities

Create and expand RIG's suppliers database through benchmark and supplier scouting – R: Database
Organize and clean the Procurement Contract Database – R: RIG contract database fully updated
Externalization of purchasing orders – R: Case study

This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company's success, reputation and sustainable growth.

Required skills

We are looking for a candidate with the following skills and experiences:

·  Studying at Master II Level in a Business school (TBS, IAE...) with specialization in supply chain or procurement, or in Supply Chain or Buyer specialized schools
·  Basic knowledge of procurement processes
·  Rigorous, autonomous and accountable.

Capacity to synthetize and communicate effectively.
Team work Spirit

·  Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
·  Fluent English. Negociation level: oral/written
