Detailed description of the mission:

- Familiarizing yourself with the specifics of pilot courses, particularly the CBTA and EBT models, covering theoretical concepts, software development tools usage, and operational documentation.

- Studying current training materials based on face-to-face courses to identify key knowledge elements that pilots and instructor pilots must acquire.

- Conducting a benchmark of the state-of-the-art in terms of distance learning and self-learning.

- Developing a project for the implementation of the 'TRAINING EBT' project within our training entity.

- Participating in the development of the course content.

- Focusing on creating interactive and engaging content for learners, using online collaboration tools. Also, considering maintainability and ease of updating courses over time in the choice of technical solutions

This internship is designed for you:

·  A student in an aeronautical school (Master's level) looking for an end-of-studies internship.
·  Interested in aviation operations, particularly pilot training.
·  Eager to share your knowledge and create interactive training content using the latest technologies.
·  Possess good regulatory and learning process knowledge.
·  Have strong communication, organizational, and autonomy skills.

Être stagiaire chez ATR, c’est être intégré au sein d’une équipe comme un membre à part entière avec un véritable périmètre d’intervention et des responsabilités.

Description détaillée de la mission :

·  Vous familiariser avec les spécificités des cours pilotes, et plus précisément les modèles CBTA et EBT, allant des concepts théoriques à l’utilisation des logiciels de développement, en passant par la documentation opérationnelle.
·  Etudier les supports de formation actuels basés sur des cours présentiels pour en ressortir les éléments clés de la connaissance que doivent acquérir les pilotes et les pilotes instructeurs.
·  Faire un benchmark de l’état de l’art en termes de formation à distance et d’auto-apprentissage
·  Développer un projet pour la mise en place du projet 'TRAINING EBT' au sein de notre entité formation.
·  Participer au développement du contenu de ce cours

Ce stage est fait pour vous :

·  Etudiant dans une grande école aéronautique (Bac+5) à la recherche d’un stage de fin d’études
·  Intéressé par les opérations aériennes et plus particulièrement la formations des navigants.
·  Avide de partager ses connaissances et de créer des contenus de formation interactifs en utilisant les dernières technologies du moment
·  Bonnes connaissances réglementaires et pédagogiques.
·  Bonne capacité de communication, d'organisation et d'autonomie
