The jobholder is in charge of typical specific, general and/or transversal topics which need to be analyzed and prepared for decision making by the management about recurrent and operational / functional activities (need to differentiate from process management).
Activities:
Performs a wide range of executive, administrative, and general support duties of a highly responsible and confidential nature for the CEO and / or other relevant bodies, such as preparation of dossiers, documents, scorecards etc. based on available data, practices or trends. Ensure that the information based on this data is understandable, updated, consistent, synthesized, available and archived. Builds relationships with internal and external customers and ensures a professional, responsive, and effective experience within ATR.
Competences and Knowledge:
Building recommendations.
· Ability to integrate complex situations (combinations of multiple long-standing issues), the project and client requirements, and propose improvements/solutions in terms of project structure and people. Deep understanding of the business, the context and major challenges in order to handle internal clients’ needs and develop approaches which satisfy their expectations.
Business performance & improvement management.
· Ability to define and establish appropriate overall performance management that facilitates achievement of business objectives and key deliverables through transparent visualization of current status and risks, incorporating elements that also enable indication of future performance.
· Ability to establish a culture of improvement that exploits, supports and manages improvement opportunities and activities.
Interact and influence.
· Ability to adapt and use multiples forms of interaction styles to convince and / or persuade people / stakeholders to follow ideas and proposals.

· Ability to prepare dossiers, to seek right, accurate and consolidated information, check data consistency, prepare the decision with adequate synthesis, analysis and format while demonstrating a deep understanding of financial impacts.
· Ability to ensure data quality and consistency.
· Ability to identify and understand issues, problems and opportunities by applying practical problem solving tools and approaches.

Qualified Experience / Skills / Training:
Education:
· You are a graduated Engineer or have graduated from a Business School and/or MBA and have a good knowledge of aircraft industry
Experience:
· Working in Multi-cultural environment experience in Europe preferred
· ATR internal network with ATR CEO office and member support staff preferred.
Licensure/Certifications:
· Knowledgeable in Protocol and Corporate Etiquette preferred
Knowledge, Skills, Demonstrated Capabilities:
· Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and ability to learn new technologies required
Communication Skills
· Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to speak effectively and easily with both internal and external senior executives and employees.
· An advanced level of English and French is required for this position, Italian would be a plus.
