A.Accountabilities
· Ensure gathering/exchange of forecast/stocking policy information with strategic Customer in the region, work closely with AH subsidiaries
· Ensure Forecast Regional objectives are met when already existing: SCA , Fill rate , target of % deliveries - Organize and implement corrective action plan when needed
· Contribute to KPI implementation for Spares & MRO Stock management
· Lead forecast/stocking policy non-performance root cause analysis and define/implement corrective actions as necessary.
· Support collection review management, coordinate inputs from Customer Centers in order to improve stock availability in the region
· Ensure coherence and airworthiness of inventory stocking policy
· Contribute to continuous improvement for CSC and HKP
· Work closely with: Warehouse, Network management, PBH team to support projects and operations
· Lead regional improvement transversal actions such as Data Analytics, Dashboard, Visual management
B.Main activities
· Forecast and stock management-
All actions are involving AHD and AHF Stock
· *Manage and follow up Remain to Deliver / Dynamics OP 2023
· In close relationship with AH MC and NLMs
· Build regional Demand Analytics and Forecast Dashboard
· Participate to Forecast development in the region
· Gather data from customer centres (historical consumption, Flight hours...) through regular communication with customer centres CLMs
· Take part in regular Spares & MRO Regional collection reviews with AH MC
· Work closely with AH Europe teams on Regional Forecast Strategy
· Ensure Spares & MRO Regional Pool airworthiness & quality
· Coordinate with Logistics Team on Logistics Discrepancies
· Quality delegation
· Implement and follow up KPI regarding:
· MRO and Spares Regional pool loading rate
· SCA / Fill rate for all Hong Kong plants
· Delivery rate from all Hong Kong plants
· Support OTR Analysis on stock availability
· Transversal improvement projects
· Others
· Ensure coordination and communication between all parties (Customer Centres / Hong Kong Team / European team) on Forecast Strategy and Stocking policy

· Turnover MRO and Spares activity to monitor for AHF and AHD
· Inventory value monitoring
· Operational Outputs
· MRO Regional pool loading rate for AHF and AHD=> 90%
· SCA / Fill rate for CS20 and CS21 => 65% and 90%
· Delivery rate for Hong Kong Platform on AHF and AHD=> 80%
· OTR analysis support
D.Requirement
· At least 3 years’ experience related to forecasting, inventory management, data analytics
· Experience in Logistics (Incoterms, Transport…)
· Good analytical skills (ability to manipulate figures)
· Strong data analytics experience and ability to implement stock forecast modelisation
· Deep knowledge of SAP, Excel / Google sheets / Access
· Coding capability is a plus
· Communication and presentation skills,
· Fluent in English
· Autonomy and team worker
· Good personal organization and rigor
· Ability to take initiatives
