This apprenticeship will start in september 2025 for 1 year.

YOUR MISSION

The job holder will be supporting ACS Transport & Customs Manager.

The job holder will support the overview of Customs regulations at both national and international level, and help in ensuring Customs optimization.

The job holder will work with internal customers, freight forwarder and Customs broker to organize and follow Customs formalities.

The job holder will also be involved in the organization of transportation.

YOUR DAY TO DAY

·  Stay up to date with Customs Regulations and Compliance company Customs authorization
·  Support Customs operations to ensure they meet high standards in term of deadline, costs and reliability
·  Collaboration with freight forwarder and Customs broker to ensure timely Customs clearance
·  Identify risks and propose strategies to mitigate
·  Organization of shipments: oversee the issuing and control of all necessary shipment documents to ensure smooth and efficient transport and Customs operations
·  Collaboration within the TC&L team and with other departments (Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance) to ensure transmission of information and operational efficiency
·  Management and follow-up of customs broker (instructions, monthly KPI’s to achieve optimal customs operations)

YOUR PROFILE

Vous allez intégrer une formation de niveau BAC +3 dans le domaine du Management Industriel, ou de la Qualité, ou de la Sécurité et Environnement (ou un domaine connexe) pour un apprentissage d’une durée de 1 an.

Vous avez les connaissances et compétences suivantes :

·  Good knowledge and interest in international trade, Incoterms rules, Customs
·  Good knowledge of French Customs regulations (classification, specific authorizations, VAT, …)
·  Knowledge of US Customs regulations would be a plus
·  Knowledge of SAP and transactions related to transport
·  Strong communication & emotional intelligence skills
·  Capacity to embrace change and be solution oriented

Langage competences :

·  English : intermediate
·  French : fluent
