Description of the job

A vacancy for a AWL_Account Manager Resource & Develop has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space Barajas.
The successful applicant will join (HUMAN RESOURCES / HR Expertise).

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

·  Support the KAM for all activities in a specific country.

·  Ensure business needs are met by best and preferred industrialized solutions (R&D catalogue) while ensuring flexibility for strategic specific needs.

·  Consulting HRBPs on all Resource & Develop –Coe policies, processes and activity.

·  Leverage on Resource Review consolidation at group level with support of Competence & Workforce architecture to feedback local businesses.

·  Prepare the resource reviews, in close relationship with HRBPs and Competence & Workforce architecture, collecting all inputs and reconcile local and transverse set of action plans through different perspectives (job family, division, country,).

·  Propose and promote the best solutions and feedback the business with adequate actions plan to close the competences gap (Risks and opportunities management).

·  Drumbeat the action plans deliveries at Division and function level in direct contact with HRBPs.

·  Ensure regular exchange with “Resource & Develop Operations” to update them with business priorities and to anticipate risks/difficulties and they build together mitigations actions.

·  Align with Academies team to make sure competences evolution is fed into R&D system.

·  Build the OP for his perimeter with the support of Competence workforce and architecture and leads external recruitment decisions body.

·  Contribute to specific projects/actions in his business perimeter and/or transversally.

Required skills

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

·  Educated to degree level in Economics, Law, Psychology or Engineering.

·  At least 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources.

·  English and Spanish: negotiation level.
