Are you an experienced Team Leader looking for a new opportunity to showcase your skills? We have an exciting role for a Warehouse Team Leader (Night Shift) at our client's Food Service Distribution Centre in Needham Market. Join a family run foodservice business with over 30 years of experience in the industry. If you are passionate about leading a team and delivering excellent customer service, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
· Lead the night operations to meet deadlines and maintain high levels of customer service.
· Ensure accurate delivery of goods to our customers.
· Support picking, packing, and loading processes.
· Maintain a clean and tidy warehouse, adhering to Health and Safety standards and Food Safety compliance.
You are:
· Experienced in working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
· Methodical with great attention to detail.
· Confident in leading a team.
· Familiar with working in a multi-temperature environment.
· Self-motivated, reliable, and have a 'Can-Do' attitude.
· Flexible in your approach to working hours.
· Well-organised with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· IT literate, including a good working knowledge of Microsoft Packages.
It's a plus if you have experience operating MHE, Counterbalance, and/or Reach.
In return, our client offers:
· Competitive annual salary ranging from £28,000 to £30,000.
· Night shift working pattern - (Sunday 12am-5am, Monday-Wednesday 9pm-6am, Thursday 8pm-6am, Friday and Saturday OFF)
