Warehouse Operative with FLT Licence - Temporary to Permanent Opportunity
Are you an experienced Warehouse Operative with a valid and up-to-date FLT Licence? Are you looking for a new opportunity with a dynamic and growing organisation? Responsibilities:
· Check incoming goods and ensure they meet quality standards
· Sample batches as required for testing and analysis
· Complete necessary documentation accurately and in a timely manner
· Lift and shift products within the warehouse using FLT equipment
· Pick and pack orders from pallets
· Gather and record batch information for traceability purposes
· Generate address labels and prepare items for dispatch
· Liaise with the Ops Support team to generate delivery notes
· Provide excellent customer service to clients who visit the site for product purchases and collections
Requirements:
· Valid and in-date FLT Licence
· Ideally, hold a Reach Truck Licence as well
· Previous experience as a Warehouse Operative is preferred, but not essential
· Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy objects
· A positive and proactive attitude towards work
The Perks:
· Competitive hourly rate of £13.15
· Temporary opportunity with potential for a permanent contract
· Full-time working hours, typically 7am to 3pm
