Job Title: Warehouse Operative
Location: Eye, Suffolk
Pay: £11.44 Per Hour
Contract Details: Temp To Perm, full-time, Monday - Friday, 08:00AM - 16:45PM
Responsibilities:
· Efficiently and accurately pick and pack products for shipment
· Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment
· Receive and inspect incoming goods, checking for quality and accuracy
· Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts (must have in date licenses) pallet jacks, safely and effectively.
· Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
· Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by suggesting process enhancements
· Adhere to health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe work environment
· Participate in periodic inventory counts
· Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed
· Follow company policies and procedures

Qualifications and Skills:
· Previous experience working in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred, but not essential
· Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy
· Excellent time management and organisational skills
· Proficient in using warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks (training will be provided if needed)
· Strong teamwork and communication skills
