Are you ready to make a real impact in your community? Our client, a highly respected local government organisation, is on the lookout for passionate individuals to support their field operation and achieve a smooth and seamless transfer regarding their data entry systems and workload.
Job details:
· Typical working hours: 7am to 3pm
· Monday to Friday
· Pay rate: £13.67 per hour
· Requirement/must have:Cat C1/ 7.5 tonne driver (7.5 tonne driver - Can drive up to 7.5 Tonne) (With no more than 6 points on license)
Description:
· To carry out Refuse Food Waste collections daily.
· Undertaking all duties in a professional manner deploying safe lifting and handling techniques appropriate to articles left for removal.
· Use of in-cab technology/mobile devices as directed by the Contract.
· Completing relevant paperwork in real time.
· Responsible for the daily inspection and reporting of machinery, before and after usage, including vehicles.
· Responsible for the cleanliness of machinery and vehicles.
· To maintain excellent customer and client relations, particularly members of the public and other motor users.
What you'll need to do the role
· Cat C1/ 7.5 tonne driver (7.5 tonne driver - Can drive up to 7.5 Tonne) (With no more than 6 points),
· Driver CPC
· Willingness to help Loaders whilst on your rounds to enable your team to complete the route within the service level agreement.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Self-motivated
· Willingness to undertake tasks.
· Clean drivers licence desirable for all staff
· Previous relevant experience desirable.
