Adecco's established and successful Bracknell team is currently looking to grow their ambitious, friendly team with a Resourcing Administrator, in their thriving town centre.
You will be responsible for registering and building relationships with candidates and covering all aspects of administration.
Specific tasks will include:
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Confidence and enthusiasm is essential
· Strong IT literacy and knowledge of MS Word and Excel is essential
· A methodical and efficient approach to work
· Ability to remain calm when under pressure is essential
The successful candidate will:
· Be a natural 'people person' with bags of enthusiasm and confidence in communicating.
· Be totally self-motivated and ambitious exceeding performance targets through delivering outstanding service levels to candidates.
