Job Title: Export Administrator
Location: Solihull
Contract Details: Permanent, full-time
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per year

Responsibilities:
· Respond to enquiries from international partners in a professional and timely manner.
· Prepare partner quotations to a high standard and follow up accordingly.
· Process orders accurately and ensure effective communication with internal teams and partners.
· Work closely with the Head of Export to onboard new partners effectively.
· Develop strong relationships with colleagues and be an advocate for our client.
· Contribute to business growth by nurturing existing customer partnerships and supporting the onboarding of new strategic partners.
· Play a significant role in the international expansion goal by delivering a world-class customer experience and being the go-to person for order and shipping information.
· Help improve customer journey by reviewing and recommending enhancements to processes and ways of working.
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
· Strong communication skills, especially when dealing with international partners.
· Experience in export administration or a similar role.
Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
· Knowledge of manufacturing industry.
