Job description
We are currently seeking a friendly and organised Receptionist to join their team in Lancaster. As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for handling post and providing excellent customer service to guests and clients. This is a part-time position, with working hours from 10am to 4pm, Monday to Friday.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication skills. You should also have strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Responsibilities:
Greeting and directing visitors in a professional and courteous manner
Answering and transferring phone calls to the appropriate departments
Handling incoming and outgoing post
Maintaining a clean and tidy reception area
Providing general administrative support as needed
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a customer service role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
