Responsibilities:
· Oversee the entire production process, ensuring that production targets and deadlines are met within budgetary constraints.
· Lead and manage a team of production staff, providing guidance, coaching, and support to maximise their performance.
· Implement and maintain best practises for production processes, aiming to optimise efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance overall productivity.
· Monitor and analyse production data to identify areas for improvement, and develop and implement action plans accordingly.
· Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, promoting a safe working environment for all employees.
· Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement best practises
Experience:
· Proven experience in a manufacturing or production management role
· Familiarity with business processes related to manufacturing operations
· Proficiency in using SAP or similar ERP systems for managing production data
· Demonstrated expertise in quality control methodologies and continuous improvement strategies
· Excellent leadership skills, motivating teams to achieve common goals
· Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to production metrics
