Our client, a prominent organisation in Ellesmere Port, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to an Executive Member. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating smooth operations and acting as a key point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
· Manage the Executive's Representative's schedule, ensuring efficient time use across business priorities.
· Support decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation with executives.
· Lead key projects that benefit the business and enhance your skills as an Executive Assistant.
· Coordinate meetings, events, and calendar management with the CEO's PA.
· Prepare relevant information for the C Suite Representative before meetings.
· Track marketing expenses and manage purchase requests and approvals.
· Assist the Marketing team with travel arrangements and admin tasks.
· Complete critical tasks like drafting letters and correspondence to support the Executive.
Leadership:
· Provide timely, accurate information for meetings and events.
· Maintain an organised, efficient schedule for the Executive.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
· Degree qualification or equivalent.
· Proven track record of high performance and achieving success.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills.
· Professional integrity, with the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
· Ability to work well under pressure, managing multiple priorities with a calm demeanour.
· Strong relationship-building skills, capable of forming and maintaining connections with various individuals.
· Proficient IT skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
· Positive can-do attitude.
