Job Title: Administrator
Location: Glasgow, G31
Contract Type: Temporary
Hourly rate From: £15.38
Contract Length: TBC - This is to cover long-term absence
Working Pattern: Part-Time, Wednesdays and Fridays
Working Hours: 0900 to 1700
Responsibilities:
· Providing a front desk cover, answering questions and telephone in a polite, timely manner
· Responding to mailbox queries
· Providing general advice and support to learners
Skills:
· Ability to work on your own or as part of a team
· Excellent communication skills at all level
· Confident in the use of IT including Word and Excel
Experience:
· Previous administrative experience is required
· Experience of working in an educational environment advantageous
