Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant
Location: Bristol
Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum

About the Role:
As a PA/EA, you'll be a central figure, working closely with executive team members and other stakeholders to manage communications, prepare reports, and oversee administrative functions. You'll have the chance to put your organisational skills to good use and bring structure and efficiency to the office.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide comprehensive PA/EA support to senior management
· Coordinate meetings, diaries, and travel arrangements
· Manage communications and prepare professional documents
· Assist with project coordination and ensure deadlines are met
· Handle sensitive information with discretion
What We're Looking For:
· Previous experience in an Office Manager or Office Assistant role
· Strong organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail
· Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
· Proactive, with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative
· Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
