Job description
Are you an experienced Project Coordinator looking for an exciting opportunity to support a dynamic and driven team? Our client, a global organisation focused on organisational change, is seeking a talented and proactive Project Coordinator to join their team. In this role, you will provide outstanding administrative and coordination support to the Organisational Change Management (OCM) team, ensuring the smooth running of training and communication activities across the business units.
What you'll do:
· Coordinate OCM events and meetings, including sending invites and organising meeting rooms
· Support the creation and maintenance of the OCM delivery plan, including running weekly team meetings
· Assist with digital design support for OCM Change Communications Manager
· Help with design and content support for company newsletters
· Maintain mailing lists and update OCM content on physical notice boards
· Support the onboarding and offboarding of new team members
· Undertake any other administrative or coordination activities that support OCM delivery
What you'll bring:
· Previous experience in a busy coordination role, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders
· Experience working on global business projects would be advantageous
· Strong communication and relationship-building skills
· Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
· Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
What they offer:
· A competitive hourly rate of £19.23
· A temporary contract for 6 months
· Full-time hybrid working pattern with some flexibility required
