Job description
Job Title: Merchandising Administration Assistant
Company: Leading Luxury Retailer in the Fashion Industry
Responsibilities:
· Delivery Forecasting: Generate precise delivery forecasts and summaries.
· Prioritisation: Align deliveries and workload with the business strategy.
· Stock Management: Ensure timely stock deliveries and manage product visibility on the website.
· Compliance: Collaborate with Trade and Transport to ensure adherence to shipping terms and customs requirements.
· Query Resolution: Address warehouse delivery queries within 24 hours.
· Returns Analysis: Monitor and analyse returns, implementing actions to minimise them.
· Negotiations: Negotiate late delivery discounts, cancellations, and stock swaps.
· Reporting: Prepare weekly performance reports and maintain accurate records.
· Administrative Support: Provide necessary support to the department.
Requirements:
· Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and numeric abilities.
· Excel Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Excel.
· Teamwork: Experience working in diverse teams and building relationships.
· Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and organisational skills.
· Initiative: Ability to take initiative and multitask.
· Communication: Excellent communication skills.
