Job description
Adecco Crewe are currently looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our client based in Crewe, Cheshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-regarded organisation and play a key role in generating new business opportunities.
As a Business Development Manager, your main responsibility will be to further develop the sales strategy and generate sales campaigns. You will work closely with the MD and Senior Business Development Manager, attending networking events, building relationships with prospective clients, and meeting with clients to sell the features and benefits of the business.
In this targeted role, your hard work and dedication will be rewarded with uncapped commission. We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in Business Development, who is commercially aware and possesses excellent communication and organisational skills. A proactive and can-do attitude is essential to succeed in this role.
Main Responsibilities:
· Working in conjunction with the MD and Senior BDM
· Generating sales campaigns
· Developing the sales strategy further
· Building relationships with new prospective clients
· Providing feedback and suggestions on marketing collateral
· Attending networking events
· Meeting with clients and sell the features and benefits of the business
Requirements:
· Strong background in Business Development
· Commercially aware with a business-savvy nature
· Proven experience in building relationships and meeting/exceeding sales targets
· Excellent communication and organisational skills
· Proactive and can-do attitude
