Title: Handyperson - Automotive Manufacturing in Leyland
Are you a skilled Handyperson looking for an exciting opportunity in the automotive manufacturing industry? Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and hardworking individual to join their team in a temporary, full-time position. If you have a passion for general maintenance and cleanliness this could be the perfect role for you!
Responsibilities:
Conduct repairs and maintenance on various equipment and machinery within the automotive manufacturing facility.
Perform painting tasks to ensure a visually appealing finish on products and equipment.
Utilise power washing techniques to clean and maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the facility.
Collaborate with team members and follow instructions to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a secure and hazard-free working environment.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Handyperson or in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
Attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve issues promptly.
Strong work ethic and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and superiors.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes and equipment is preferred.
