Groundskeeper - Multisite

£19,500

I am currently looking for a Caretaker/ Groundskeeper to work for one of my Swansea based clients. This is a great opportunity which will be on a temp to perm basis

Duties will include;

·  Opening and locking of community buildings

·  Closing of park gates and cemetery

·  Issuing permits and receiving payment for sports facilities

·  Attending to all aspects of opening/closing/cleaning, supervising pavilions and sporting activities.

This would ideally suit someone who is looking for a varied role with different daily challenges.

Ideal candidate;

·  Must hold a Full UK licence

·  Happy to work evenings and weekends

·  Happy to under go a full DBS check
