Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Leicester, LE3

Contract Details: Temporary, Full Time

Salary: £17 - £20 per hour

Responsibilities:

·  Act as the main contact for customers, addressing inquiries professionally

·  Foster strong customer relationships

·  Resolve customer issues promptly

·  Maintain effective communication across multiple channels

·  Manage demand and supply forecasting

·  Create and track orders

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

·  Experience in Sales Administration/Customer Service

·  Proficiency in IT and ERP systems

·  Excellent organisation and adaptability

·  Strong interpersonal and communication skills
